What is your Return Policy?
We are pleased to provide you with quality products made by the top brands in lighting and accessories. We do realize, however, that occasionally products do arrive damaged or defective. Should you receive a damaged or defective product, please e-mail us at cs@lightingdesign.com within 1 day of delivery and we will replace the item free of charge.In stock items may be returned for a full refund within 24 hours of receipt if uninstalled. In stock items may be returned for store credit within 72 hours from purchase if uninstalled. Special orders are non returnable. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Items must be returned in original packaging, uninstalled in the condition in which they were received. Return shipping must be prepaid by the purchaser. We will refund your purchase within 48 hours of receipt of item. Clearance items are non returnable.
